LOUISBURG - Wally Dwight Shearin, 43, died Thursday, April 3, 2008 at Franklin Regional Medical Center. A funeral services was conducted Sunday, April 6, in the chapel of Spring Hope Funeral Home. Interment followed in Spring Hope Memorial Gardens.

Surviving: his mother and stepfather, Jewel M. Carpenter and William of Louisburg; a daughter, Bonnie Shearin of Louisburg; stepbrother, Gary Carpenter of Louisburg; and one grandson.
