MONROE - Mildred Jones Little, 95, died Friday, June 13, 2008 at Monroe Rehabilitation and Nursing Center. Funeral services were conducted Tuesday, June 17, in the chapel of Bright Funeral Home, Wake Forest. Burial followed in Wake Forest Cemetery.

She was born in Franklin County, daughter of the late Henry L. and Nora Wheeler Little. She was a long-time resident of Wake County before moving to Monroe in 1999. She was retired from American Credit Company.

Surviving: one sister, Evelyn Little Brinkley of Monroe; a host of nieces and nephews; and great-nieces and nephews.
