ZEBULON - Bobby Allen “Bub” Pace, 75, died Friday, June 9, 2006. Funeral services were conducted Monday, June 12, at Wakefield Central Baptist Church. Burial was in Gethsemane Memorial Gardens with Masonic Rites.

He was born in Wake County, the son of the late Charlie Boy Pace and Annie Ruth Mangum Pace. He was a retired farmer and retired district director with the USDA.

Surviving: his wife, Phoebe W. Pace; children, Warren Allen Pace (Denise), Bobbi Jane Duke (Fred); sisters, Margaret Whitley (Clayton) of Zebulon, Ruth Collins of Zebulon, Rose Gay (Wyatt) of Wendell, Julia Creech (Penny) of Zebulon; brother, Vic Pace of Wendell; and two grandchildren.

He was preceded in death by a brother, Charles Wayne Pace.
