WENDELL - Claudia Young Medlin, 97, died Saturday, Sept. 27, 2008, at Coventry House in Zebulon. Funeral services were Monday at Strickland Funeral Home in Wendell. Burial followed in the Hephzibah Baptist Church cemetery.

She was born in Franklin County, daughter of the late Charlotte Bunn and William Benjamin Young.
