FRANKLINTON - Leonard Perry, 84, died Wednesday, June 21, 2006 at Franklin Regional Medical Center in Louisburg. Funeral services will be conducted at 2 p.m. today (Saturday, June 24) at Shady Grove Baptist Church, Louisburg. Burial will follow in the church cemetery.

Surviving: wife, Josephine Bryant Perry; daughters, Sylvia P. Yarborough of Clinton, Md., Rita P. Wortham of Youngsville, Sharon P. Arbnot of Accokeek, Md., and Lucy Davis of Perth Amboy, N.J.; sons, James L. Perry, Weldon E. Perry, Claude E. Perry and William B. Perry, all of Franklinton; sister, Mary Elizabeth Hunt of Dayton, Ohio; 10 grandchildren; and eight great grandchilden.
