LOUISBURG - Reginald David Bays, 47, died at home on Monday, Dec. 22, 2008. A memorial service was conducted Sunday, Dec. 28, at Maple Springs Baptist Church, Louisburg.

He was born in Louisiana and raised in West Virginia. He was employed for 12 years at Kidd Plumbing Services.

Surviving: wife, Sandy; children, David (Mandi), Rachel (Chris), Joshua, Lucas and Sarah; and two grandchildren.

In lieu of flowers and to offset burial expenses, donations in Regie’s memory may be made to any State Employee’s Credit Union.
