HENDERSON - William Henry Ayscue, 92, died Sunday, Dec. 28, 2008 at Maria Parham Medical Center. A memorial service was Friday, Jan. 2, at Flowers Funeral Chapel, Henderson, conducted by the Rev. Pamela J. Gilliam.

Born in Franklin County, he was the son of the late Charlie Green Ayscue and Echie Kearney Ayscue, and was the widower of Mildred Gilliam Ayscue. He was a retired welder.

Surviving: two nieces and a nephew. He was preceded in death by a brother, Jamie Ayscue, Sr.
