ALERT - Faye Hunt Hale, 73, of Alert died Saturday, January 10, 2009. She was preceded in death by her brothers, Stanley and Stewart Hunt, both of Alert. Funeral services will be held Wednesday at 2:00 p.m. from Mountain Grove Baptist Church, with the Rev. Bill Wallace and the Rev. Ernest Mason officiating. Burial will follow in Lancaster Memorial Park.

She is survived by her husband, Ralph S. Hale; son, Keith Hale and wife, Sheila, of Alert; granddaughter, Kelsey Grace Hale of Alert; sister, Sylvia Murray of Wendell; brothers, Sterling Hunt of Louisburg and Steve Hunt of Alert; and several nieces and nephews.

Flowers will be accepted or contributions may be made to Mountain Grove Baptist Church, 937 Alert Road, Warrenton, NC 27589 in her memory.

The family received friends Tuesday night from 7 to 8:30 p.m. at Lancaster Funeral and Cremation Services, 804 N. Bickett Boulevard, Louisburg.
