FRANKLINTON - Sidney Scott Jones, 33, died Sunday, Jan. 25, 2009 at Duke University Hospital. Funeral services will be at 11 a.m. today (Wednesday, Jan. 28) at Forestville Baptist Church, Wake Forest. Burial will follow in Fairview Cemetery, Franklinton.

He was born in Franklin County.

Surviving: six-year-old son, Dawson Scott Jones, and his mother, Mandi Jones of Franklinton; fiancé, Amber Lloyd of Franklinton; parents, Sidney and Peggy Grissom Jones of Franklinton; brother, Michael Tully Jones of Franklinton; grandfather, George Dickerson of Franklinton.
