ROCKY MOUNT - Lucindia Wilkins, 76, died Tuesday, July 11, 2006.

A funeral service will be conducted today (Saturday, July 15) at 2 p.m. at the Pine Chapel Baptist Church with the Rev. Robert Hedgepeth officiating. Burial will follow in the church cemetery.

Surviving: daughters, Gwen Wilkins of the home, Menetha Ramsammy of Warrenton and Anne Abraham of Bowie, Md.; sisters, Reather Rudd of Hollister, Sarah Mozingo of Cary and Arletha Mozingo of Rocky Mount; brother Horace P. Hedgepeth of Hollister; 12 grandchildren and 6 great-grandchildren.
