LOUISBURG - Katherine Boone Young, 85, of Louisburg died Monday, August 8, 2006. Funeral services will be held Thursday at 10:30 a.m. from the chapel of Lancaster Funerals and Cremations. Burial will follow in Lafayette Memorial Park in Fayetteville.

Surviving: daughters, Terri Wood and husband, Rod of Louisburg, Nancy Linville of Aberdeen, Ohio, and Helen Florence and husband, Scottie of Manchester, Ohio; sons, Bud Brumley of Manchester, Ohio, and Mike Lewis of Manchester, Ohio; grandchildren, including Amanda Jones, Chad Lewis, Andrea Choate, Donna Harris, Chassity Lundberg and Deserae Eason; great grandchildren, including Amber Choate, Jordan Jones, Alexus Jones and Caitlyn Lundberg; great great grandchildren, including Nicole, Brian and Bradley.

The family will receive friends one hour prior to the service at Lancaster Funerals and Cremations, 804 N. Bickett Blvd., Louisburg.
