LOUISBURG - Hazel Parrish Taylor, beloved mother, 92, died Friday, November 6, 2009 at Carebridge Assisted Living. 

She was preceded in death by her husband, William B. Taylor. 

Funeral services will be held Sunday, Nov. 8 at 3 p.m. at Centerville Baptist Church with Rev. Keith Campbell officiating.  Burial will follow in the church cemetery.

She is survived by her daughter, Connie Walton of Louisburg; sons, Ronald Taylor (Nancy) of Charlotte, and Phillip Taylor (Lib) of Raleigh; brother, Will Parrish (Janie) of Hampton, Va., five grandchildren, and seven great-grandchildren.

The family will receive friends immediately following the service in the fellowship hall.
