GARNER - Harvey Andrew Denton, 61, died Saturday, Jan. 23, 2010. A memorial service was held Tuesday, Jan. 26, in the chapel of Bright Funeral Home, Wake Forest.

He was born in Wake County, son of the late William A. and Louise Jones Denton. He was also preceded in death by a brother, William “Buddy” Denton.

Surviving: wife, Edna Reaves Denton; son, Kevin Denton (Lee Anne) of Garner; son, Albert “Pedro” Denton (Angela) of  Youngsville; sisters, Shirley Morris (John), Debbie Pearce (William Best), all of  Youngsville; five grandchildren; and seven great-grandchildren.
