NEWPORT NEWS, VA - Funeral services for Calvin Albert Spivey, 82, who died Friday, Feb. 18, 2010, will be held at 1 p.m. Thursday, Feb. 25, at Richardson Funeral Home in Louisburg. Burial will follow in the Spivey family cemetery.

Surviving: daughters, Elsie Pina of Newport News, Va., and Shirley Scott of New Haven, Conn.; stepdaughter, Janette Cousins of Henderson; sons, Albert Spivey of Louisburg, James Spivey of Houston, Tex., and Milton Spivey of Atlanta, Ga.; stepson, Cory Hendricks of Henderson; brother, Wilbert Spivey of Sacramento, Calif.; 18 grandchildren; and 15 great-grandchildren.
