FUQUAY-VARINA— Cicero Farrar Talley Jr., 88, died Monday, March 1, 2010 at his home. A memorial service was held Sunday, March 7, at Fuquay-Varina Baptist Church on Woodrow Street.

He worked as a tobacconist and was a WWII Army veteran.

He was preceded in death by his wife, Kathryn; son, Matthew; one grandson; and his parents, Cicero and Inez Talley.

Surviving: son, Tom; daughters, Karen Stark of Raleigh and Nancy Mann of Florida; sister, Estelle Pearce of Youngsville; and three grandsons.
