BUNN – Ruby McMullen Plyler, 98, died Thursday morning, Dec. 9, 2010. Funeral service will be at 11 a.m. today (Saturday, Dec. 11) at Longview United Methodist Church, with the Rev. Margaret Long and the Rev. Rhonda Maurer officiating. The family will receive friends one hour prior to the funeral. Burial will be at 3 p.m. Saturday at Bunn Memorial Gardens.

She was a daughter of the late Walter and Viola Grace Lewis Mullen and was preceded in death by her husband, Leroy Plyler; sisters, Mavis McKee and Gladys Scott.

Surviving: numerous nieces and nephews; great-nieces and great-nephews.

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the Triangle Area Chapter American Red Cross, 100 N. Peartree Lane, Raleigh, NC  27610.
