LOUISBURG - Michael Anthony Ray, 24, died Tuesday morning, Oct. 3, 2006 at Franklin Regional Medical Center. Graveside services services were conducted Friday, Oct. 6, at Pine Forest Memorial Gardens in Wake Forest.

He was born in Wake County, the son of Jerry Wayne Ray and the late Patsy Ann Watson Ray, and was preceded in death by his grandfather, Bobby Ray McLamb. Mr. Ray was a carpenter.

Surviving: his father, Jerry Wayne Ray of Louisburg; grandmother, Elma McLamb of Louisburg; and a brother, Jamie Travis Ray of Wake Forest.
