KITTRELL - Roger Gene Faucette, 54, died Tuesday, June 14, 2011, at Franklin Regional Medical Center. A memorial service will be held at 2 p.m. today (Saturday, June 18) in the J. M. White Funeral Home chapel in Henderson, with the Rev. Ronnie Matthews and the Rev. Raymond Ayscue officiating.

Born in Vance County, he was the son of the late Allen Julian Faucette and Virginia “Jennie Mae” Robertson Faucette. He was a retired electrician.

Surviving: wife, Sandra Stroud Faucette of the home; daughters, Ashley Jean Faucette, Autumn Marie Faucette and Amber Rose Faucette of the home; son, Roger Gene Faucette Jr. of Zebulon; sister, Rose Faucette Edwards of Henderson; brother, Allen Faucette of Kernersville; and one grandchild.

The family will receive friends Saturday from 1 to 2 p.m. at J. M. White Funeral Home. At other times they will be at the home of Rose Edwards at 1175 Eaves Road in the Epsom Community.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to his children’s Education Fund, c/o Sandra S. Faucette, 3174 Sims Bridge Road, Kittrell, N.C. 27544.
