BUNN – Jeanette Earline Jeffreys Mullen, 76, died Saturday, Aug. 20, 2011. Funeral service was  Tuesday, Aug. 23, at Strickland Funeral Home Chapel in Wendell. Interment followed in the Old Bunn Cemetery.

A native of Franklin County, she was daughter to the late Charlie David & Nora Wheeler Jeffreys.  Jeanette was a member of Poplar Spring Baptist Church.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Sam Mullen.

Surviving: children, Randy Mullen (Teresa) of Bunn, Mark Mullen (Becky) of Goldsboro, and Paula Brantley (Cory) of Bunn; siblings, Katherine Robbins and Joyce Whitley of Bunn;  and eight grandchildren.
