LOUISBURG - Funeral services for Larry “Bird” Hazelwood, 58, who died Tuesday, Dec. 20, 2011, will be held at 1 p.m. Saturday, Dec. 24, at South Main Street Baptist Church, with Evangelist Joseph Henry Leonard officiating. Burial will follow in the Cemetery on the Hill.

Surviving: sons, Larry Dion Hazelwood of Franklinton and Larry Jermaine Hunt of Louisburg; mother, Christine Lewis Hazelwood of Louisburg; sister, Francine Charles (Aubrey) of Silver Spring, Md.; brothers, George Darnell Hazelwood and Curtis Lee Hazelwood, both of Louisburg.
