ZEBULON - Katelynn Danielle Boring, 22, died Sunday, Jan. 8, 2012. Funeral service was held Thursday, Jan. 12, at Beacon Baptist Church, Raleigh. A graveside service was held Friday morning, Jan. 13, at Gethsemane Memorial Gardens, Zebulon.

She was born in Knoxville, Tenn., to Tony and Debra Boring. She was a 2007 graduate of Raleigh Christian Academy and a student at Pensacola Christian College and Liberty University, and was employed at Kohl’s in Knightdale.

Surviving: parents, Tony and Debra Boring of Zebulon; brother, Tyler Boring of Zebulon; grandparents, Phil and Sue Meredith of LaFollette, Tenn.; numerous aunts, uncles and cousins.

She was preceded in death by her grandparents, Faye and Andrew Boring; and her great-grandparents, Isaac and Gertrude Mich and Woodrow and Arlene Meredith.
