WAKE FOREST - Bobby Dale Gilleland, 82, died Friday, Aug. 24, 2012 in Hillside Nursing Home, Wake Forest. A graveside service was held Monday, Aug. 27, at Pine Forest Cemetery, Wake Forest.

He was a native of Wake Forest, born to the late Thomas B. and Beulah Hadden Gilleland. He worked as an independent carpenter his entire career.

Surviving: son, Andy Gilleland of Youngsville; daughter, Jane Wright of Wake Forest; three grandchildren; and seven great-grandchildren.

Arrangements are with Hall-Wynne Funeral Service, Franklinton Chapel.
