RALEIGH - Aaron W. Ray, 84, died Thursday, Feb. 28, 2013. Funeral service will be held at 2 p.m. Sunday, March 3, at Bryan-Lee Funeral Home, Garner. Burial will follow in Montlawn Memorial Park.

Surviving: son, Tony Ray of Raleigh; daughter, Kimberly Ray Walker, of Franklinton; sisters, Marion “Libby” Candle of Garner, Lucy Jordan of Smithfield, Annie Hamilton of Garner and Pearl Grady of Troy; brothers, Hershell Ray of Wendell, Sade Paul Ray of Bentonville, Leroy Ray of Smithfield and Danny Ray of Raleigh; and one grandson.

He was predeceased by his wife, Edith Ray; sisters, Beatrice Autry, Marie Autry and Pat Sealey; and a brother, Otho Ray.

Visitation will be from 6 to 8 p.m. Saturday at Bryan-Lee Funeral Home, Garner.
