HENDERSON —Funeral services for Charlie “Danks” Solomon, 72, who died Tuesday, May 21, 2013, will be held at noon Tuesday, May 28, at Mitchell Baptist Church, with the Rev. Daniel Lilly officiating. Burial will follow in the church cemetery.

Surviving: sisters, Elizabeth Williams of Henderson, Stella Carroll and Rosa Williams, both of Norlina, and Carrine Mitchell of Washington, D.C.; brothers, George Solomon and James Solomon, both of Henderson.

Wake services will be held from 3 to 7 p.m. Monday, May 27, at Richardson Funeral Home in Louisburg.
