RALEIGH - Benjamin Donald Smeller, 22, died Thursday, Aug. 15, 2013 at WakeMed. He was born in Buffalo, NY, a 2009 graduate of Wakefield High School and was a chef with Milton’s Pizza & Pasta.

Funeral services will be held at 2 p.m., Saturday, Aug. 17, in the Chapel of Bright Funeral Home.

Surviving: mother and step-father, Kathleen H. Hodge and Charles H. Arnold of Wake Forest; father, Donald K. Smeller of Morrisville; brother, Anthony Abbott (Lindsay) of Franklinton; grandparents, Michael and Bernadine Harlach of Newfane, N.Y.; many friends and extended family.
