LOUISBURG - Funeral services for Gracie M. Davis Moore, 85, who died Friday, Sept. 20, 2013, will be held at noon Thursday, Sept. 26, with the Rev. John A. Hopkins Sr. officiating. Burial will follow in the church cemetery.

Surviving: husband, Thomas Moore of the home; daughter, Patricia Clark of Bronx, N.Y.; sons, Clarence James Davis of Bronx, N.Y. and Lawrence “L.G.” Davis of Chelsea, N.Y.; sister, Mamie Yarborough of Atlantic City, N. J.; brothers, Weldon Solomon of Albemarle and Roger Solomon of Brooklyn, N.Y.; 15 grandchildren; and 12 great-grandchildren.

Wake services will be held from 6 to 7 p.m. Wednesday, Sept. 25, at Richardson Funeral Home in Louisburg.
