NASHVILLE - Funeral services for Mary Ossie Richardson, 94, who died Thursday, Sept. 26, 2013, will be held at 1 p.m. Thursday, Oct. 3, at Philadelphia Baptist Church, with the Rev. Thomas Richardson officiating. Burial will follow in the Tillman-Lynch cemetery.

Surviving: daughters, Ester Evans of Wilson, Levonnia Hedgepeth of Nashville, Mary Perry of the home, and Edith Little of Rocky Mount; sons, Ollie Richardson Jr. of Louisburg, Rufus Richardson of Newport News, Va., and Linwood “Penny” Richardson of Rocky Mount; 23 grandchildren, 50 great-grandchildren; and many great-great-grandchildren.

Open visitation will be held from 3 - 7 p.m. Wednesday, Oct. 2, at Richardson Funeral Home in Nashville.
