LOUISBURG - Eugene Gerald Lutz Sr., 73, died Wednesday, Nov. 20, 2013 at his home.  Funeral services will be held Saturday, Nov. 30, at Grace Assembly Church, 205 Wait Avenue, Wake Forest. Viewing will be at 2 p.m. and services will follow at 3 p.m.

He was born in Flint, Mich., to the late Gerald Russell and Mabel Carlson Lutz

Surviving: wife, Rose Engle Lutz; children, Eugene Lutz Jr., Gerald Lutz  (Kimberly), Sherie Turner (Gene), Tabitha Tambling (Dave), Debra Greer, Theresa Clark  (Jack); 13 grandchildren and 19 great-grandchildren.
