LOUISBURG - Funeral services for Donnie Lee Hicks, 59, who died Saturday, Dec. 7, 2013, will be held at 2 p.m. Saturday, Dec. 14, at Perry’s Missionary Baptist Church, with the Rev. Bobby Thomas officiating. Burial will follow in the Mary Helen Jones cemetery.

Surviving: wife, Francine Allen Hicks of the home; son, Jeffrey Lee Hicks of San Diego, Calif.; sisters, Mary Bauknight of North Augusta, S. C., Min. Bobby Ann Gaye of Henderson, Elsie Jean Hicks of Spring Hope, Connie Francis Hicks of Louisburg, and Melanie Hodge of Raleigh; brothers, Rev. Larry Junior Hicks of Spring Hope, Rev. Dennis Earl Hicks of Louisburg, Dewayne Levon Hicks of Greensboro and Joseph Ray Hicks of Columbia, S. C.

Open visitation will be held from 3 to 7 p.m. Friday, Dec. 13, at Richardson Funeral Home in Louisburg.
