ROXBORO - Bennie Jean Long-Humphries, former resident of Franklinton, died Tuesday, April 8, 2014. She was a long-time resident of Roxboro.

Surviving: her four children, Bobby Gene Long, Robbin Walker, Connie Long, and Tommy Long; 10 grandchildren and 19 great-grandchildren. In addition, she is survived by two sisters, Patricia (Pat) Page and Phyllis Garrett.
