Missionary Day
Manasseh Chapel Missionary Baptist Church is hosting Missionary Day Service on Oct. 4 at 11 a.m. and invites everyone to attend.
The Rev. Jackie Wood associate minister at Allen Chapel Baptist Church will deliver the message.

Homecoming
Gethsemane Missionary Baptist Church will host its 166th Homecoming Friday- Sunday, Oct. 2-4.
The weekend will begin with a fish fry on Friday, Oct. 2 at 5 p.m.
On Saturday, Oct. 3, beginning at 10 a.m., the church will host a classic car show.
Also on Saturday, the church will host a blood drive from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m.
The weekend will conclude on Sunday, Oct. 4 at 10 a.m. with the Homecoming Celebration with pastor Dr. Johnny B. Hill preaching.
Gethsemane is located at 893 Bunn Elementary School Road.

Fun Day at Park
The Franklin County Missionary Baptist Association is hosting its annual Session & Fun Day at the Park -- a special time of worship, fellowship, food, faith, and family fun.
The annual session will be held Oct. 1-2, at 7 p.m. nightly at First Baptist Franklinton Church, 304 S. Main Street, Franklinton.

Homecoming service
Bethlehem Baptist Church, 1581 Bethlehem Church Rd, Youngsville, invites the community to its annual Homecoming service on Sunday, Oct. 11, at 11 a.m..
Guest speaker will be Rev. Ricky Anderson, pastor of Stony Hill Free Will Baptist Church in Middlesex. A family-style luncheon will be served immediately following the service.
The church's annual Fall Revival will commence the same evening, Oct. 11, and run nightly through Wednesday, Oct. 14, starting at 7 p.m. each evening. Rev. Keith Wagner, associational mission strategist for the Tar River Baptist Association, will serve as the revival evangelist. Rev. Wagner brings over 40 years of ministry experience throughout North Carolina and West Virginia and is a graduate of Campbell University and the Southern Baptist Theological Seminary. All are welcome.

Church bazaar slated
Liberty Christian Church, 7818 Highway 39 South in Epsom, is planning a Fall Bazaar from 8 a.m. until 1 p.m. on Saturday, Oct. 3.
Breakfast and lunch will be available and there will be a raffle, baked goods for sale, fall and holiday crafts and a silent auction.
