Walking in Wellness Conference
Shady Grove Missionary Baptist Church, 81 Egypt Church Rd, Louisburg, will have a Walking in Wellness conference, Saturday, April 20, beginning at 8 a.m. Explore the mind, body, heart and soul through spirtual wellness. Speakers will be Sister Marshea Lewis, Rev. Thelma McClean, Sister Annette Young, Rev. Jean Debnam. Keynote speaker will be Rev. Arlene Terrell, of Nutbush Baptist Church, Henderson. Emcee will be Rev. Harriett Wheless of Gethsemane Missionary Baptist Church of Bunn.
Registration begins at 7:45 a.m., with breakfast served promptly at 8 a.m.

Pastor's Aide anniversary
New Liberty Baptist Missionary Church, 1793 Peach Orchard Rd, Louisburg, will have a Pastor's Aide anniversary program Sunday, April 21, at 3 p.m. Enjoy the singing ministries of New Liberty, Union Grove and Faith Baptist churches. Rev. Timothy Faison, Pastor, invites everyone to atttend.

Guest speaker
The Rev. Leon Carter, Associate Minister at the Zion Hill Baptist Church in Littleton, will be the guest speaker at the Haywood Baptist Church, 149 Rocky Ford Rd., Louisburg, on Sunday, April 21, during the 11 a.m. worship service.

Singing anniversary
The Perry's Adult Choir of Perry's Missionary Baptist Church in Louisburg, will celebrate their 55th Singing Anniversary the first Sunday in May (Sunday, May 5) at 4 p.m. Mistress of ceremonies will be Sister Edna Mae Alston of Louisburg, and the program will include: Pastor Ron Clifton and New Faith of Louisburg; New Rock Spring Male Choir of Creedmoor and Hickory Grove Gospel Choir of Louisburg. All are invited.
