WAKE FOREST - Bessie D. Morgan, 77, died Sunday, June 29, 2014 at her residence. Funeral service was held Sunday, July 6, at Feggins & Feggins Chapel in Wake Forest. Burial followed in the Wake Forest Cemetery.

She was born in Franklin County to the late Frank and Maggie Wright Debnam. Surviving: children, Walter Morgan and David Morgan (Monica), all of Wake Forest, and Shirley Morgan (Richard) of Raleigh; sister, Minnie Lee Denim of Raleigh; two grandchildren; and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins and other relatives and friends.
