LOUISBURG — Larry Earl Ross, 66, died Thursday, July 10, 2014 at Wake Medical Center. Funeral services were held Sunday, July 13, at Lancaster Funeral and Cremation Services Chapel with the Rev. Alan Gardner officiating. Burial followed in Cedar Rock First Baptist Church Cemetery.

He was born to the late Henry Alfred and Iola Eakes Ross. He was preceded in death by his wife, Portia Smith Ross; brother, James Raeford Ross; and his sister, Judy Carol Ross.

Surviving: sons, Randy Ross (Wendy) of Kittrell and Jerry Ross of Louisburg; sister, Janie Meyers (Mike) of Youngsville; brother, Ronnie Ross (Ann) of Franklinton; one granddaughter; one grandson, one great-granddaughter.
