FRANKLINTON --Karen Elizabeth Adams Clark, 57, died Monday, Nov. 10, 2014 at Wake Med in Raleigh. Funeral services were held Friday, Nov. 14, at Wake Baptist Grove Church in Garner. Burial followed in the Hilliard family cemetery in Garner.

She was born in Raleigh to the late Samuel Adams and Ida Mae Bass Adams.

She received her education in the public school system of Washington, D.C. She was employed by the District of Columbia Teachers College. She lived in Washington, D.C., Los Angeles, Calif., and later returned home to Garner. She was also employed by TJ Max until her declining health.

Surviving: aunt, Margaret B. Coleman, and numerous cousins and friends.
