FRANKLINTON --Funeral services for Russell Leroy "Pa Pa" Person, 84, who died Tuesday, Jan. 27, 2015, will be held at 1 p.m. Saturday, Jan. 31, at Greater Ransom Way of the Cross Temple, with the Rev. Michael Alston officiating. Burial will follow in the church cemetery.

Surviving: daughters, Beatrice Mae Person of Louisburg and Trudy Mae Person of the home; sons, Anthony Leroy Person of Franklinton, Edward Sidney Person of Hampton, Va., Matthew Mark Person of Louisburg and Robert Scott Person of Raleigh; sisters, Esther Clark of Atlanta, Ga., Emma Scales of Baltimore, Md., and Raleen Washington of Bamberg, S. C; brothers, Clarence Person of Franklinton and George Person of Henderson; four grandchildren; and three great-grandchildren.

Open visitation will be held at Richardson Funeral Home in Louisburg on Friday, Jan. 30, from 3 to 7 p.m.
