LOUISBURG - William Ronald "Ronnie" Jones, 58, died Monday, Feb. 9, 2015 at his residence. A funeral service will be held at 1 p.m. Saturday, Feb. 21, at Rowland Chapel Christian Church. Interment will follow in the church cemetery.

He was born to the late William H. Jones and Lula D. Burchett Jones in Brooklyn, N.Y. He attended South Shore High School in Brooklyn. At an early age he attended Open Door Church of God in Christ in Brooklyn.

Surviving: one brother, Craig Jones Sr. of Henderson; sisters, Denise L. Jones of Louisburg, Darlene Jones, Robin Jones, and Regina Jones, all of New York, and Tara Jones of Louisburg.

There will be no public viewing.

The family is receiving friends at 140 Hillside Village Drive, Louisburg.
