LOUISBURG - Beatrice I. Edgerton, 88, died Wednesday, June 17, 2015 at her residence. Funeral services were held Monday, June 22, at Nelson Chapel Baptist Church, Louisburg. Burial followed in the church cemetery.

Surviving: daughters, Camilla Annette Edgerton of Douglasville, Ga. and Myra Lynn Davis of Louisburg; sons, Bobby Egerton of Louisburg and Eddie L. Edgerton of Midwest City, Okla; brother, James Bert Egerton of Louisburg; seven grandchildren; and six great-grandchildren.
