BUTNER - William Percy "Buster" McGhee, 67, died Sunday, Aug. 2, 2015 at Duke University Hospital. Funeral services will be held at 2 p.m. Wednesday, Aug. 5, at New Light Baptist Church, 14705 New Light Road, Wake Forest.

He was born in Wake County, the son of the late Thomas Percy McGhee and Martha Geneva McGhee. He was a member of Union Grove Baptist Church and was the retired owner and operator of B&B Mobile Home Service.

Surviving: his wife of 50 years, Bea McGhee; daughters, Paula McGhee Talley (Donald) of Oxford and Sandy McGhee Fletcher (John) of Butner; son, Daniel McGhee of Oxford; sister, Sarah McGhee of Franklinton; five grandchildren; and one great-granddaughter. He was preceded in death by his son, Billy McGhee.

Friends may visit with the family from 7-8:30 Tuesday evening, Aug. 4, at Bright Funeral Home & Cremation Center, 405 S. Main St., Wake Forest, and at the home of Sandy and John McGhee, 706 East E Street, Butner at other times.
