FRANKLINTON--Funeral services for Richard Williams, 74, who died Friday, Oct. 2, 2015, will be held at 2 p.m. Wednesday, Oct. 7, at Allen Chapel Baptist Church in Louisburg, with the Rev. Stanley Dunston officiating. Burial will follow in the church cemetery.

Surviving: stepdaughter, Annie Marie Bridges (Jimmie) of Pilot; sons, Richard Lee Williams of Louisburg and Clarence Williams (Judy) of Franklinton; sisters, Minister Mary Elizabeth Sanders of Franklinton, Iola Hunt of Louisburg, Virginia Smith of Oak City and Annie Lee Crudup of Bunn; eight grandchildren; and six great-grandchildren.
