FRANKLINTON - Rudy Delano May, 69, of Franklinton, died Friday, October 2, 2015. He was born on June 22, 1946 to the late Stanford and Ethel Dickerson May.

Rudy is survived by his brother, Richard May and his wife Amy of Youngsville; his sister, Betty Jo May of Louisburg; a sister-in-law, Betty Jean May; a brother-in-law, Ricky Gill; and a special friend, Sandra. In addition to his parents, Rudy was preceded in death by a sister, Deborah M. Gill, and a brother, Ernest May.

Rudy's family received friends from 12:00-1:00 p.m. on Monday, October 5, 2015 at Lancaster's Franklinton Chapel, 504 East Mason Street, Franklinton, NC 27525. Graveside funeral services followed in Fairview Cemetery, with the Reverend Clyde Waiden officiating.
