DURHAM - Martha Anne Berry Noel, 56, died Sunday, Dec. 6, 2015 at Duke Hospital in Durham. A celebration of Martha's life will be held at 11 a.m. Saturday, Dec. 19, in the chapel at Trinity Avenue Presbyterian Church, 927 W. Trinity Avenue, Durham. A reception will follow.

She was born on Aug. 16, 1959 and raised by her parents, Richard Waitman Berry and Anne Brooks Berry, in Louisburg. Martha graduated from Louisburg High School and Hardbarger Business College in Raleigh.

Surviving: her father, Richard W. Berry; brother, Richard A. Berry; and her son, William Walker Noel.
