LOUISBURG - Ronnie Gray Allen Sr., 65, died Sunday, Jan. 3, 2016 at Duke Medical Center. Funeral services will be held Wednesday, Jan. 6, at 2 p.m. at New Hope Worship Center, with the Revs. Matthew Bowden and Joe Ferguson officiating. Burial will follow in the Allen family cemetery.

He was born to the late Willie Thomas and Elizabeth Coggins Allen.

He is survived by his wife, Mary Sue Allen; son, Ronnie Allen Jr. (Brooke); brothers, Reuben Allen and Tom Allen; three grandchildren; and numerous cousins, nieces and nephews.

The family will receive friends Tuesday night from 7 to 8:30 p.m. at Lancaster Funeral and Cremation Services, 804 N. Bickett Blvd., Louisburg.
