WAKE FOREST - James Otis Black, 69, died after a lengthy illness. Funeral services will be conducted Saturday, April 29, at Mitchell’s Funeral Home in Orlando, Fla.

He was born to Lucille Black and the late Londy (Bill) Black Jr.

Surviving: his wife, Juanita Black of Orlando, Fla.; eight children, Vickie, Phyllis, Robin, LaSalle, April, Brandon, Jamel and Terry; seven sisters, Evelyn (Richard) Brown, Cynthia (Jerry) Sharp, Rosalyn (Wilson) Comfort, Beverly Cooley, Colette Black, Johnnie Mae Black, Cheriane (Trevor) Daley; four brothers, Jesse (Edna) Black, Cameron Black, Dwight (Judy) Black, Clarence Green and Sandra Morris; 21 grandchildren; four great-grandchildren.
