RALEIGH - Funeral services for Mazie Lynch Wendell, 80, who died Sunday, Jan. 24, 2016, will be held Thursday, Jan. 28, at 7 p.m. at Richardson Funeral Home chapel in Louisburg, with the Rev. Chance D. Lynch officiating. Burial will follow in the Hackensack Cemetery.

Surviving: daughter, Stacy M. W. Hudson (Terrell) of Raleigh; son, Samuel D. Wendell of Newark, N.J.; sisters, Hazel Williams (Larry) of Knightdale, Janie C. Richardson (Lonnie Ray) of Hollister and Glenda Lynch Daniel (Marshall Wilson) of Raleigh; brother, Godfrey Wayne Lynch of Whitakers; two grandchildren; and two great-grandchildren.

Wake services will be held at Richardson Funeral Home in Louisburg on Thursday, Jan. 28, from 6 to 7 p.m.
