FRANKLINTON - Funeral Services for Wilbert Jeffreys, 73, who died on Sunday, Feb. 21, 2016, will be held Saturday, Feb. 27, at 2 p.m. from the Union Grove Baptist Church in Youngsville.

Burial will follow in the church cemetery with Rev. Samuel Tunstall officiating.

Survivors include his wife, Mary Jeffreys, of the home, a daughter, Sharon Jeffreys of Franklinton, a step-daughter Teresa Jones of Raleigh, a son, Daryle Jeffreys of Franklinton, four step-sons, Herman Jones (Joyce) of Garner, Tony Jones (Renita) of Raleigh, Williams Jones (Monica) of Wake Forest and David Clemons of Raleigh, three sisters, Rev. Julia Pointejour of Alexandria, Va., Agnes J. Tunstall (Rev. Samuel) of Youngsville, Joyce Jeffreys-Harris of Youngsville and one brother, Dr. John H. Jeffreys (Barbara) of Athens, Ga., 12 grandchildren and 27 great grandchildren.

Wake services will be held at the Richardson Funeral Home in Louisburg from 6 to 7 p.m. Friday, Feb. 26, 2016.
