LOUISBURG - John Franklin Harris, IV (Tripps), of Louisburg, went to the Lord after a 5-year battle with cancer.

The son of Sunny Pedigo of Lake Harding, AL and John F Harris of Panama City, FL and the stepson of Dorothy Harris and Bob Pedigo.

He leaves behind his loving wife, Charlotte Blair Harris; cherished daughter, Lucy Blair, brother, Allan Pedigo; nieces and nephews, Hailey, Andrew, Parker, James, and Sam; and sisters-in-law, Harriet and Lee.

His memorial service will take place at their church, St Paul's Episcopal Church, 305 N. Church Street, Louisburg, NC 27549 at 3:00 PM on Saturday the 19th of March. Reception to follow at the Parrish House.

The family has asked that donations be made in lieu of flowers to the St. Paul's Episcopal Church in his memory.
