ROCKY MOUNT-- Funeral services for James Ulysses Murphy, 61, who died Thursday, Aug. 25, 2016, will be held Tuesday, Aug. 30, at 12 p.m. at Mt. Vernon Baptist Church in Nashville. Burial will follow in Oakland Cemetery.

Open visitation will be held at Mt. Vernon Baptist Church in Nashville on Tuesday, Aug. 30, from 11 a.m. to 12 p.m.
