LOUISBURG - Patrick Andrew Taylor, 58, of Louisburg, died Thursday afternoon.

Patrick was a son of the late Walter and Margaret G. Taylor. He was a member of Louisburg U.M.C. and was a past member of the handbell choir. Patrick was a welder and worked for Altec Company. He was a leather craftsman and sold many of his leather products worldwide. He was a peer visitor for the Amputee Coalition of America.

A memorial service will be held 2 p.m. Monday at Louisburg United Methodist Church. The family will receive friends following the service.

Patrick is survived by his loving wife of 14 years, Janet H. Taylor; sons and daughter-in-law, Joshua and Cathy Taylor ; Christopher Taylor and fiancé, Laura Zavislak; brother, Larry Taylor; grandchildren, Owen and Alyssa Taylor, all of Philadelphia; stepson, Doug White of Louisburg.
