NASHVILLE--Funeral services for Christine L. Battle, 92, who died Friday, Jan. 13, 2017, will be held at 1 p.m. today, Thursday, Jan. 19, at Greater St. Delight Baptist Church, with the Rev. Cecil Harris officiating. Burial will follow in the church cemetery.

Surviving: daughters, Hattie Mae Frazier of Media, Pa., and Barbara Jean Battle of Rocky Mount; four grandchildren, 12 great-grandchildren and three great-great-grandchildren.
