LOUISBURG - Joy L. Kingsberry, 64, died Friday, March 3, 2017 at Maria Parham Medical Center in Henderson. Funeral services were held Saturday, March 11, at Alston-Anderson Funeral Chapel in Louisburg. Burial followed in the Cemetery on the Hill, Louisburg.

Surviving: mother, Delois Clax of Franklinton; sisters, Bettie Mangum of Pennsylvania, Barbara Wallace of Maryland, Wanda Clax of Durham; brothers, Samuel Clax Jr. of Franklinton, Wallace Clax of Raleigh, Tony Clax, Curtis Lyons and George Lyons, all of Franklinton.
